Our solutions combine advanced hardware and the user-friendly Helios 360° software platform to enable our clients to track and monitor fixed assets, personnel, vehicles, aircraft and maritime vessels. Our global network can monitor over 99% of the earth's surface and the Helios 360° software platform constantly updates the location of an individual, team or asset. All of our hardware can be programmed to send and receive messages, as well as transmit panic messages containing the exact coordinates of your invaluable asset for successful search and recovery.

Who We Are
The Helios management team is comprised of knowledgeable and dedicated professionals who understand the difficult environments in which our clients operate. Our team has first-hand experience on the ground in a variety of high security-related situations. Our careers have been focused in the military, law enforcement and diplomatic and personal security. We have also worked with governments, large corporations and international agencies and are intricately familiar with the way in which they operate. This diverse and substantial breadth of knowledge allows us to provide cost-effective, high quality solutions and advice while taking into account the specific needs of each client.
Michael Blair (Chairman)
Former senior manager with Reuters, the financial news agency, and since 1985 has operated businesses in Hong Kong and Africa. His last company, GS Telecom Africa Ltd., provided telecommunications services between Africa and the world to DHL, Shell, Nestle, Barrick Gold and Newmont Ghana Gold. Michael founded the company in 1997 and sold it in 2007 to Gateway Communications of London. He has spent his career living and working in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the USA and is an expert on international business.
Phil Lancaster (President and Chief Executive Officer)
Former British Police Officer, with many years of experience working internationally in VIP close protection, as well as service in British Dependent Territories.
Martin Cronin (Director, Business Development)
Former senior British Diplomat, with extensive experience of security policy, conflict resolution, hostile environments and the government/corporate interface. Regional Director of the Canadian Forces Liaison Council and a consultant to the defence industry.
Martin Tomlinson (Director, Sales and Marketing)
Former Middle East General Manager of a US-based multinational, with twenty years corporate experience in the Middle East, driving multi-country distributorships on behalf of both international and Arab corporations.
Robin Brodhurst (Director of Corporate Affairs and Finance)
Twenty years of experience in running his own business operating, chartering and leasing aircraft worldwide, in multiple jurisdictions and currencies.
